1. Please reach out to our customer care team at care@pawfootorganic.com

2. Please include your order number, purchaser name, and reason for return in your email. 

3. Unless otherwise noted, return requests must occur within 30 days of when the order was fulfilled.
   
4. There is a shipping & handling fee based upon the estimated return cost. The fee may be waived for exchanges or store credit returns.
   
5. Pawfoot Organic monitors return activity and reserve the right to limit returns.
